Touch a Woman's Mind
~~Touch a womans mind, you get her interest. Touch her heart, you get her love. Touch her soul, you get passion beyond your wildest dreams. Touch all three, you have found your soulmate for eternity.~~

WHEN I GET OUT OF HERE~~~~
Someone's gonna pay for this !!!!
I saw this photo and just couldn't resist copying it. When we lived abroad I sort of adopted (or they adopted me!!) anything between 30 and 40 feral cats - all trapped and neutered or spayed and very well looked after - but I know they can be deadly fighting machines when they are scared ........here's looking at you kiddo ..
just look at those eyes !!!

I said a Prayer for You Today.
I said a Prayer for you Today,
And know God must have heard,
I felt the answer in my heart,
Although He spoke no word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame,
I knew you wouldn't mind,
I asked Him to send treasures
Of a far more lasting kind.
I asked that He'd be near you,
At the start of each new day,
To grant you health and blessings,
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you,
In all things great and small,
But it was for His loving care,
I prayed for, most of all.
And know God must have heard,
I felt the answer in my heart,
Although He spoke no word.
I didn't ask for wealth or fame,
I knew you wouldn't mind,
I asked Him to send treasures
Of a far more lasting kind.
I asked that He'd be near you,
At the start of each new day,
To grant you health and blessings,
And friends to share your way.
I asked for happiness for you,
In all things great and small,
But it was for His loving care,
I prayed for, most of all.

Altered Book - ongoing project..
I decided to post a few pages of my latest project - can't believe I am actually saying this because up to a few months ago, I hadn't altered anything at all, ever !!
I have started off with an easy book - a very small Find the Word puzzle book - El Cheapo - that way, if I ruin it, I have't lost anything. Looking at the pages as I have scanned them, I realised I am using more green and blue than anything else - must have a word with myself to change things..I need to go over to pinks and oranges and lemons for a change.

AUTUMN by John Clare
I make no excuse for copying this poem down complete, it is one of my favourites and brings back a lot of happy memories.
AUTUMN by John Clare
I love the fitful gust that shakes
The casement all the day,
And from the glossy elm tree takes
The faded leaves away,
Twirling them by the window pane
With thousand others down the lane.
I love to see the shaking twig
Dance till shut of eve,
The sparrow on the cottage rig,
Whose chirp would make believe
That Spring was just now flitting by
In Summer's lap with flowers to lie.
I love to see the cottage smoke
Curl upwards through the trees;
The pigeons nestled round the cote
On November days like these;
The cock upon the dunghill crowing,
The mill sails on the heath a-going
John Clare (1793 to 1864) was an English poet from rural Northamptonshire, and is now regarded as the most important English poet of the natural world.
